Amazon sending "fake" Tracking News
I’ve just had two enquiries from customers. They’ve received messages “Royal Mail couldn’t deliver your package
Please contact Royal Mail to get your package back on track.”
The packages are in the first 24 hours of the delivery using Tracked 48. Seems Amazon may have been broken by black friday / Cyber Monday if they’re sending this rubbish out.
Tracking information actually reads " We have your item at Chester Mail Centre and it’s on its way. More information will be available as it travels through our network."
Buyers are wasting my time and theirs because Amazon are telling them there’s a problem that doesn’t exist.
Thanks Amazon!
