Why can't normal cargo settings and prime cargo settings be set separately?

A while ago, we made an agreement with a full film warehouse in Germany and started sending some of my products (those smaller than 100cm) at a premium. We started selling other products by promising longer delivery times depending on the condition of our warehouse. However, orders with a delivery time of 3-5 days have begun to arrive for the products we previously sold with a delivery time of 10-14 days. We thought this was a mistake. We immediately looked at the shipping settings, but we saw that delivery times in Germany can be set to a maximum of 3-5 days. This sounds ridiculous. We can no longer make the arrangements we could make before.

For example, can't we sell product A with prime (next day delivery) and product B with a forward delivery time of 10-14 days in Germany?

Is there a solution to this? Please help.

Hi @Seller_Ksbg8IAurGnS4,

did you already have a look at handling time in your SKUs? As far as I am concerned, the system should in both cases prime/non-prime respect the required handling time for an SKU.

Best Regards

Rachelle
