Account Deactivated due to Identity Verification

I am reaching out to seek assistance with an ongoing issue concerning my European marketplaces. I created my seller account in December of last year, and while my North American (US, Canada, and Mexico) and Middle East (Saudi Arabia) marketplaces are functioning properly, my European marketplaces have remained deactivated since last year.

Upon contacting Seller Support, I was informed that the deactivation of my European marketplaces is due to an identity verification issue. I received an email with a link instructing me to complete identity verification. However, when I click on the link, the message displayed states: "We are reviewing your identity and will contact you in two business days."

I am confident that I have already completed the identity verification process. This is further evidenced by the fact that my North American and Middle Eastern marketplaces are active. If there was an issue with my identity verification, I would expect these other marketplaces to be affected as well.

Given that my other marketplaces are fully operational, I kindly request your assistance in resolving the issue with my European marketplaces as soon as possible. I would appreciate any guidance or additional steps I need to take in order to reactivate my European marketplaces.
