Question about Valid Tracking Rate
I know that the Valid tracking rate looks at 30 days worth of transactions, but what 30 day period is it looking at? Is it 30 days prior to today, or something else?
Also, which date does the VTR look at - is it the purchase date or the promised delivery date?

I believe it's the delivery date and the report is about 15 days behind real time.

It shows the time window when you click on it.
As of today, it's promised delivery date of orders up to Nov 08th.
