Amazon has made my seller account inactive and there is no way to reach Seller Support to fix this!
I am a small-scale seller since 2008, every so often selling a CD and occasionally adding to my inventory. A week ago I got an email from Amazon saying that my account had been made inactive due to dormancy (last sale was several months ago). The problem is that there appears to be no way for me to fix this and no way to reach Seller Support to solve whatever the problem is. [Every time I click on the upper right hand corner Help button, it just returns to the page with the pink bar that says Inactive Account. And every phone number or email address given to me by an Amazon customer service person has been wrong.] WHAT TO DO?
