Seeking Help to Reactivate Amazon Account – VAT and Verification Issues

Hi everyone,

I am reaching out for help regarding my Amazon seller account, which was deactivated on 20th September 2024 due to VAT-related issues. At the time, my VAT registration was still in process, so I couldn’t submit it before the deadline. However, I have now successfully registered for VAT and obtained a VAT certificate from HMRC. I submitted the certificate in Seller Central, but my account status has not changed.

On top of this, I received another email on 5th December 2024 stating that my account was deactivated due to non-verification. I immediately submitted all the required documents for identity verification, and I recently received confirmation from Amazon that my documents were reviewed and accepted. My account now shows as verified.

Despite this, my account remains deactivated, with the reason listed as a VAT policy violation. As mentioned earlier, I have already provided my VAT information and uploaded the certificate in Seller Central. I am still waiting for the account to be reactivated, and this situation has been extremely stressful for me.

If anyone has experienced something similar or knows how to resolve this, I would really appreciate your guidance. I have attached a screenshot of my account showing the verification status for reference.
