Listing not showing up on product page (book)
I have a copy of a rare book that is listed in my inventory as active, but is not showing up on the product page. It can be found under the "see all buying options" link at the top right of the page (see top image), but does not show up on the left side of the page beneath the title and next to the book cover image (see top image). Before I listed my copy, there were no other available copies listed on the Amazon product page. In other cases where I have listed as the only seller of a book, the link under the title has always appeared, but not this time (see bottom page for comparison). I emailed seller support, and the response I received said that I needed to be a "pro seller" to create that listing. But that has never been the case before. I don't think whoever answered my request understood what I was asking, even though I included screenshots. Has anyone else encountered this? Were you able to resolve it? If so, how?

No, Seller Support did not answer or even address your question. This is because they do not bother to read anything you write and let a bot answer based on keywords.
As long as your offerings are viewable through either of the links you circle -- this is acting as designed.
You will never be buy box eligible as an individual account holder other than through FBA.
Even being buy box eligible does not mean you will have the buy box, even if you are the only seller. Although usually, if eligible, and the only seller, usually you will have it.

I believe the (format/edition) box is not showing up on the listing because info is missing or incorrect on the backend under the ASIN Product details. The format is showing as 'Unkown Binding.' The issue has nothing to do with buy box eligibility or being a pro seller.
If you take a look under the Product details section on listing 900430830X (Mithraic), which has the box, you will see 'Hardcover.'

When you look at other book listings on Amazon, you will see the following formats listed, so I think 'Unkown Binding' is the culprit.

I am not a book Seller, but this is what I think is causing the issue; if it's not that, then something else is missing or glitchy on the backend attributes of the ASIN.
If you can, update the ASIN Product details and change the **binding attribute from 'Unkown' to 'Hardcover' and see if that fixes it.
If you are unable to make changes manually, then you could open a case. Hopefully, the catalog team can assist, which is no small feat, especially when they can't seem to understand what you are asking or requesting. Try to keep it as simple as possible and ask them to update/change the binding attribute from unknown to hardcover.
