Amazon Business Live Event
Hey,
I'm registered to go to the Amazon Business Live Event in London this Thursday and I was just wondering if any of you have ever been to one of these and whether, with this experience, you would consider it worthwhile going? London isn't a local trip for me and I have several family commitments that have come up which it would really be a shame to not satisfy however, at the same time, if people have some really good experiences of these days then I will make it work.
In essence, I think what I'm asking is whether I'm about to try my hardest to get there only to experience which would essentially be six hours of 'could have been put in an e-mail' or whether there are some real opportunities at these events. I like the idea of the 1:1 sessions at the end but, again, the quality of the people conducting the one on ones will make a massive difference to the usefulness.
If any of you went in previous years I would really appreciate your input as to how useful you found it and whether you would do it again.

I believe we've been in the past - and I can't say it was particularly useful.
While you might get some info - I recall that any questions we had, the main one being how to claim for lost returns and trying to explain there was an issue with lost returns such that you couldn't claim as both amazon and Royal Mail/Evri had wiped their hands of the issue, was met with no better answer than if I was speaking to Seller Support.
