Brand Regisry Rights removed, no reason or details.

Hi,

One of our accounts looks like is under black hat/hijackers attack, as they have tried to enroll in Brand Registry for foreign marketplaces (UK and IN), but we hold the brand registration in the US and China (trademark registration) but Amazon just removed our Brand Registry access without any details or information, just said: "Your brand “xxxxxx” was removed from Brand Registry and all users had been removed. We have taken this measure due to the actions that you have taken in direct violation of Amazon’s Brand Registry policies. All access to Brand Registry is now revoked."

The initial appeal was declined, and after a back-and-forth emails the closest we got to an answer was "we have completed our review of the brand and found that the seller has engaged in abusive conduct as per our policy. Therefore, It cannot be reinstated at this point of time".

We've read every single policy and guidelines and we're pretty sure haven't infringed any of those. We own the trademark, we're the brand owners and manufacturers, we removed the attorney on file, but Amazon still has their doors closed to us.

Any suggestions out there?
