Shipping template problem.

I want to exclude some areas like Isle of Man etc from my shipping template but once i exclude them amazon doesn't allow me to save the shipping template.

Depends which areas you are trying to exclude. Some you can remove (and Isle of Man is one of them) but other you can't.
