Negative balance

I had my 1st sale on Amazon on the 13th Jan. My account then was put into review as they requested some more company info. Everything was verified on the 30th jan and review was complete. I didnt receive any payments from Amazon on the 5th feb as scheduled as i still had a negative balance. Its now the 10th of Feb and nothing has changed. I have near £12k in a negative reserve and no hope of getting paid. Tried seller support and they just give be txt book answers and not very helpful. Account health is good with no issues. How soon after a review is complete will i expect to get paid? Or how can i contact payments team?

You will have a rolling reserve on your account as a new seller
It may also be that you have sold £12k in less than 4 weeks
If you look at your payments screen you will see at the bottom left hand side the reserve total

How long will it keep rolling over for?
First payment was due on the 5th Feb.
The reserve total is a minus of the whole amount, i watch that everyday…

I hope it does get paid on the 19th.
It still reads 0.00 scheduled on the 19th feb as it still has the whole amount in reserve.
By then it could be potentially a lot more which does not help replenishment of stock.

They asked me for more company info at 8k which i provided and then got an email stating i was good to go!
I have jumped through all the hoops and have all the right ticks in the right places.
I think the initial review was sales related and feedback ,see below…

I even have the good feedback.
Waiting for the negative reserve to change from a minus to a positive is like waiting for a kettle to boil.
