Read onlyHi everyone! I'm fairly new seller. I have been facing issues in SAFE-T Claims from last few months.
All my claims are denied. I attached all the photos and everything for my claim. Recently, a customer returned the product. In a pack of two, customer sent only product. My safety claim was denied again.
Dont know what else I can do.
