1. They don't come on time to pick up orders, even though we are ready with the products for them to pickup on time

2. Which ultimately causes lots of delays,

3. Ultimately due to this sellers are at the risk of de-activation

other sellers are you facing the same issue from the corrupt pickup agents?

Next time when the pickup agent arrives, kindly ask them where their hub is located. In most cases, it is within 3 to 4 kilometers from the seller's location. If that's the case, you can consider dropping off the package directly at their hub.

This may help avoid the risk of the account being marked as LDR

on top of the orders।menu you will find a complaint form that u need to raise in case a pickup is missed upto ६ pm.

Amazon will not impose ldr, if they receive ur complaint and took necessary action against pick up issue.

Amazon Team is helpfull, u just need to inform।them everything timely.

yes the same with us udvik naturals, the pickup agent wont come to pickup Parcel,we have to call him all the time to pickup parcel, when he came he call from near by area, we have to reach there to handle him parcel .

For me, order which have delivery day of more than 1 day from pickup day, & if the orders gets picked up late, it reaches the customer late but there is no cancellation of order, I usually reach out to Amazon’s support team, and they reverse the late dispatch rate though this process is quite tedious and I have to repeat it every time.

The main issue is with Second Day orders: if these aren’t picked up on the scheduled day, they get automatically cancelled at midnight. No financial loss but you lose a potential customer.

I’ve been trying to escalate this problem for the past three months, but Amazon is still “investigating internally.”

Additionally, the pickup staff can be extremely rude, they are among the most unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered. Sometimes, they call me to a certain point to pick the orders & not from my pickup address.

Yes. I have been facing this issue since April. They have been sending new pickup agents who never adhere the time slot.

1. If the pickup slot is 11-1 or 2-4pm they will come after 6pm.

2. They are extremely rude & unprofessional, being a female run business they harass female staff members knowing that amazon does nothing.

3. The pickup agents collect orders without scanning and say technical issue hai and ypu have to keep contacting seller support daily to inform of orders status mismatch.

Trust me, AMAZON has become the worst nightmare for a seller. Been selling since 2020 but never hated the seller support experience and shipping issues like this before.
