MERCHANT_STATUS_BLOCKED error when attemptimg to upload flat files

Hi,

When attempting to connect variations through Seller central using the 'add product via upload' process, I was interrupted with the following error:

"Sorry, the seller is blocked and cannot upload feeds in this marketplace (MERCHANT_STATUS_BLOCKED)".

Are you able to provide some assistance as to why this looks to be happening?
