A-Z Claim for delivered item on day of delivery

Item ordered on 06.05.25 mid day

Item dispatched on 07.05.25 (this is within the ship by date)

Delivery attempted 08.05.25 but failed.

Delivery attempted on 09.05.25 failed.

Customer messaged asked what's going on, We said the courier is having issues finding your address they have text you on the number provided and emailed on the Amazon email integrated with buyers with updates. Confirmed the number with customer, they said it is wrong (despite being what they had on the order details) and they updated us with a new contact number.

Next delivery day was 13.05.25 and the item was delivered that day, signed for, photographed at delivery address. GPS confirms location.

A-Z claim raised, we appealed saying it was delivered with above info, claim denied, customer refunded in full, and ODR% affected. Customer still has the item.

Mods attention needed urgently.
