PRIME SHIPPING SETTINGS

I sell most of my products through prime however I send a lot to Norhtern Ireland and also thee not so easy to reach areas in scotland. I order to charge these customers shipping do i need to set them up as a non prime shipping just for these buyers? and if i do this are they less likely to buy from me?
