Marketplace Facilitator Tax
Hello,
I am a seller based in the UK and operating within the UK. My company is registered in the UK and company address is in the UK as well.
I am being incorrectly charged the Marketplace Facilitator Fee on all my orders. Under the VOEC conditions, sellers are charged when:
1. If you deliver goods to UK customers (who are not registered for UK VAT) from inventory stored inside the UK and your primary place of business is outside the UK, Amazon will be required to collect and remit UK VAT on these sales irrespectively of the value.
2. If you deliver goods to UK customers (who are not registered for UK VAT) from inventory stored outside the UK: 3. If you deliver goods to UK customers (who are registered for UK VAT – B2B customers) from inventory stored outside of the UK
I have opened multiple cases and phone calls and have not received any proper solution to my issue and this has been going on for a month now and is severely affecting my business.
Why am I being incorrectly charged this fee?

Marketplace Facilitator Fee and Marketplace Facilitator Tax are different things. The facilitator fee is a finders fee that all sellers pay. Is it tax or fees you are paying?
