New format for account health
I see they have revised the format. There is no longer a history section. There is just one section for each category.
On product condition complaints I had 6 in total but 3 had moved to the historical section which made me feel it bit better. Now they are all in the one section.
Any ideas what is happening?

You are correct, I also noticed the change yesterday.
It could either indicate that Amazon will be now once again counting successfully appealed complaints as a defect or maybe it’s just an interface update, where all data is still recorded.

I had a couple that didn’t have an appeal option. It just had a relist option. Then when I relisted they went into the history section.
Now they are back and they have an appeal button. It says the listing has been removed but the listings are fine. So should I appeal?
I wish Amazon was more transparent about what is happening.

Well it has reverted back in the UK but has now changed elsewhere.
