2 months in for a simple shipping question and the 'other' department still have no answers

2 months in for a simple shipping question and the 'other' department still have no answers

I raised a query around additional charges after i have bought shipping, an additional £1... here and there. It is not VAT. They said it may be charges levied by Evri. Now, i measure and weigh my items and ALWAYS put bigger dimensions and weights in so i'm covered. However, amazon cannot answer why i keep getting extra charges.

I want to contact the shipping team but alas, no i cannot. All i keep getting is this. Are the 'other' team as useless as SS??
