Read onlyHello fellow sellers,
I'm seeking urgent assistance regarding a critical issue with my Amazon selling account verification.
Background:
On May 23rd, Amazon confirmed that my selling account had been successfully verified and activated. Recently, I received another email stating that my account has now failed the verification process and has been deactivated. This has been done in error, as there was no ongoing verification process on my account.
Key Issues:
No additional information was requested by Amazon after the initial verification.
The recent email did not specify which document was deemed unacceptable, despite everything being verified and acceptable previously.
I have significant inventory and many products at stake due to this erroneous deactivation.
My Actions So Far:
Contacted the Amazon Account Health Team over the phone to understand the issue. They advised me to open a case and mention all the details (Case ID: 9864187952).
Provided Documents in the Case:
Business incorporation certificate
Passport
UK bank statement (I can provide other bank statements as well)
Proof of address
Request for Help:
Has anyone else experienced a similar situation? Any advice on how to expedite the resolution process or additional steps I should take would be greatly appreciated. This situation is severely impacting my business operations, and I need Amazon to rectify this mistake immediately.
Thank you in advance for your help!
@Abella_AMZ Please look into this matter and ask the team to let us know why they have done this. Ranking is going down. Inventories are on stake. Peoples Job are on stake.
PLEASE DO IT ON PRIORITY IF POSSIBLE.
NOTE: Do not tell me to read the policies as I have been selling from a long time and I have read all the policies and have been following the policies from quiet a long time now.
Are you actually based in the UK is the business address a proper place of buisiness or a virtual address. If your based outside of UK are you regged for VAT (no 85k threshold for net p buisinesses)
Although you may have been selling for sometime online is this your first venture into Amazon. Amazon is a duifferent beast to ebay etc and you really do need to read the t&c's and seller university as there are a lot of problems that you will find if you dont.
Ask them what information or document they need and provide again.
