Amazon Return Cost via Evri and Royal Mail

Hi, does anyone know what the cost of the Return Label is for Evri and Royal Mail?

I have noticed that we re being charged £2.89 + vat with some Evri Returns.

Also, if a customer returns something and the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer as per Amazon’s list why are they not deducting the return label cost and issuing a full refund to the customer.

The customer selected - No longer needed. Therefore return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. .

Is there a process that I need to follow to be reimbursed for the return cost?
