AMAZON STOLE MY INVENTORY AND LISTED IT FOR SALE UNDER....AMAZON

case 16335429881
You closed a thread of mine that I opened here, and it is NOT related to any other case. It is completely separate.
Amazon lost my item with fnsku X004DHFGE7. This was brand new selling for over $80.
Amazon reimbursed me...yes for a much lower amount.
But before I filed a claim on it, I noticed Amazon selling this same item...which they never had before. I had a hunch that this was my missing item.
I ordered it through my buyer account. And I recevied the book with my fnsku label attached. What? Why are they telling me my item is lost, and then taking it and selling it themselves??
This is flat out WRONG!!!! And many of us sellers are seeing this happening more and more. I cannot trust Amazon anymore!!
I opened a case 16335429881. And all I was told was that they cannot discuss the source of the inventory that Amazon sells. Oh...maybe because they would have to admit they stole it!!!

Hello @Seller_4a0fT0P2nCPQq
Christine here, thank you for the feedback and I understand the impact this has on your business.
I do apologize for the inconvenience, however in this case we do not share the sources of the Amazon inventory in order to protect the information of our vendors.
I was going through your thread and the cases, and I do see that we have reimbursed you for the missing units.
Let me know if you have any other question.
Christine.
