Why am I being charged £15.00 when I never use my selling account?
I have just been emailed saying that I ma being charged 15.00 as a statement charge. What does this mean? I have had my seller account for over 5 years and never use it. Why am I getting this charge??

Go to seller central and check ALL the details, including email addresses and bank details, check the Inventory and sales history.
Also check whether you are on the “Individual” plan, no monthly fee, or the “Pro” plan, currently offering new sellers an introductory price of £15/month
If you don’t use your account it could be that someone has accessed it and made changes that you aren’t aware of.

I guess the email could be fake - ie an attempt to get you to click on a link and enter your login details?
