My soap listing flagged as pesticide
My Makeup brush soap, which is mostly natural it's been canceled due to pesticide claim.
I called, emailed, chatted everything with customer service and there is no way to remove the word "bacteria" from my listing because is asking me for EPA Registration. my soap does not contain any pesticides

What information have you attempted to provide them at this point to dispute this?
As for the edits, have you attempted to do a file upload with the edits for the listing? We would recommend attempting this to try to push the edits through the system. If you encounter any issues, you can submit the batch ID to our team to show them your attempt to get the listing into compliance.
