New Manage Orders experience
I opted in to the New Manage Orders feature and was quite impressed with it initially, then I stumbled across a problem:
I received an order for an item which had several style choices - BUT I could not find any way to see which specific design my customer had selected - it only showed the main picture despite the listing being set up so customers can select which specific design/style they want.
The only way I could find out which item my customer wanted was to revert back to the old manage order feature.
(In the old manage orders feature - customer made their choice and bought - I then see they have selected a specific style and can fulfill their order with the correct item).
This is not helpful, has anyone else encountered this problem?
Is it a glitch (design flaw) and if so will Amazon fix it before forcing sellers to opt in to the new system?.

A seller can see their customisations detail in their order details page - this is available on both the old and new layout - it is important to go into the order details to be able to see this.
If you continue to experience an issue with accessing this, please raise a case by contacting seller support so they can investigate any issue.
In regard to giving feedback on any new features and/or beta (testing) sites, please feel free to use the ‘feedback’ link within the beta page and/or ‘rate this page’ on any seller central page so that your feedback/suggestions are provided directly. Amazon do really appreciate getting this feedback as we also rely on seller’s to let us know what is working, or not, as the case may be with new, and existing, features.
