yes - as long as you have already been invited to use Amazon Logistics and you must use a third party software such as Linnworks etc to capture your online store orders to move into Ship Amazon
Be mindful though - they have put their prices right up for large letters and small parcels so only worth doing if sending medium to large parcels

Sorry I wasn’t clear… Basically we have a webstore and would like to offer next day free deliveries from the webstore. We offer them £10 subscription for the year which gives them free next day delivery and we send via amazon logistics. We do have third party software ‘Cloud Commerce Pro’ with an amazon logistic rules template… I hope that helps. So from what I can see from the replies we can send to a non Amazon customer using an Amazon logistics label. I assume we are also able to send ebay orders as well as our webstore orders?

Cheers

We’ve been told Cloud Commerce are working on the functionality but it will be a couple of months, so not currently available.

Shipping more than Amazon orders

Amazon Sellers are eligible to send shipments that are not Amazon orders with Amazon Shipping. Please contact us if you are interested in this service and are using an API such as Linnworks, Channel Advisor, or ShipStation, and would like to be added to the waitlist.

How to create and manage non-Amazon shipments

Create and track

To generate Amazon Shipping labels for non-Amazon shipments, you need to integrate with the Amazon Shipping API. While non-Amazon shipments cannot be created directly in ship.amazon.co.uk, tracking and label reprinting are available on the site.

Claims

The claims process for non-Amazon shipments is the same as it is for Amazon orders, though we may request proof of purchase.

Pricing

Pricing rates are the same for non-Amazon shipments, and the additional volume counts toward your rate tier.

Billing

Once you’re enrolled in the non-Amazon shipment program, you will be invoiced for all shipping charges incurred through the Amazon Shipping API or through ship.amazon.co.uk. Invoices will be available on the first of each month here. Payments are due on the 15th of each month via a wire transfer. However, any shipment charges resulting from shipments created through Seller Central or through the Merchant Fulfillment API will continue to be deducted from your Amazon Seller Disbursement Account.

Pickups

Non-Amazon shipments will be picked up during your existing pickup slot. Learn more about Pickups.

Recipient tracking

If you have provided us the recipient’s email address upon creating a non-Amazon shipment, we will send a shipment confirmation email to the recipient the first time we scan the shipping label, with the tracking ID and a link to the tracking page. This email lets the recipient know that their package has been shipped. If you would like to send your own email to recipients with tracking information instead, please include the following link: track.amazon.co.uk/tracking/XXXX in the email. For each shipment, replace the ‘XXXX’ characters with the tracking ID to allow recipients to track the package.
