Account status Showing as Invalid. HELP!
We have been selling on Amazon for many years, but yesterday received a message which read as follows:
Dear Seller,
We were unable to verify the information you provided when registering for a Selling on Amazon payment account and, as a result, your Selling on Amazon payment account could not be opened. Unfortunately, this means that you will not be able to continue to sell on Amazon.
Please take appropriate steps to resolve any open orders. Note that any amounts paid as a result of A-to-z Guarantee claims and chargebacks may be deducted from the balance in your existing Seller Account.

Following receipt of message all our listings are now deactivated and our account status is shown as invalid.
We have never received any correspondence from Amazon prior to this In fact we have not received any notification for 18 months plus. We have never received any request for information prior to this.
Has anyone here had similar issues? I am at a loss as to why this has happened. Our performance status is okay. This seems to be only our UK, DE, FR, ES, IT and NL listings. Our listings for US and CA are live and our account status is valid
We have tried contacting Amazon today but have been cut off twice when whilst waiting for a response. Hope somewhere out there can help.

Hi they request update now every few years, you should have recived a email or performance notification however email may have gone into spam.
Have a try of this - go into settings account info identity info - expand both options one may be showing to upload docs do the same on them all but imagine it will be that one if any.

We’ve had the exact same problem. Selling on Amazon for 10 years - good metrics, healthy account. 11 staff, very large account.
Out of the blue our account has been invalidated.
No warning in seller central or email missed in spam or junk folder.
No response from validation team since Saturday in terms of what information is required.
There is no option to even add documentation in the settings. This is a huge concern for us as well.
We chased our account manager to escalate the case along with opening support cases. Yesterday we received the same email from the verification team, and that our account is invalid.
This am we’ve sent the following information to seller-verification-enquiry@amazon.co.uk as this is what is required for an account to be verified. (They have had all of this prior, and our account was reverified in June). I’d suggest you do the same and treat this as if Amazon no longer have any of your documentation.
- Current Appointments Report (CAR) dated from the past 90 days
- Utility Bill, Bank Statement or Credit Card Statement in the name of the Business and dated from the past 90 days
- Articles of Association
- Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum of Association
- Share Certificates
- Minutes of Allotment of Shares
- Passport of Shareholders
This is a huge concern for us alike, and could easily bankrupt the business if this continues for a few weeks.

Same here - for us it keeps going round in circles.
Have you emailed seller verification team with the details as per my above post? At least then you can be sure they have the correct documentation
