Account Suspended Due to UK VAT

My account has been suspended due to UK VAT , where in all my documents are cleared.
Amazon team doesn’t know that why the account is closed, First they said VAT issues, Now when everything is cleared, They said, we do not know which team has suspended your account.
I have also shared the screenshot.
No Team is replying properly to the emails.

I am sorry to hear that your Seller Account has been deactivated due to issues over the VAT.
Based on the response from the VAT team, it appears like they are not requiring you to provide anything but for some reason are unable to reinstate you.
Since you are not getting any response, I would suggest you to escalate the matter by e-mailing the Managing Director at managingdirector@amazon.co.uk.
