Admin please can you help with a retrocharge?

We successfully requested a retrocharge for order 026-0149906-0469147 on Thursday 28th April 2022 at 12.32 for £114.05 yet have never received this payment. We have raised countless cases but they never get resolved and remain marked as transferred. It will be coming up to 2 years next month that we've been waiting and it's a bit of a joke now.
Can someone please help?

This has been a long-standing problem, where the customer has received their order, have also received a refund and wish to pay. Unfortunately Customer Support will often say they will re-charge the card, but actually never do, and tell the customer to keep the item as goodwill gesture !
Over the many years I have been on here I have seen hardly anyone report of a successful retro-charge. I hope that one of the mods can escalate this for you.
