A couples weeks ago i went away for the England euro's game on the Thursday and was back on the saturday, i didn't want to put my store on holiday mode as i know sales completely dry up when enabling back, so i extended my delivery times by 2 days, and on my amazon ads i changed it to a daily budget of £10 overall rather than the set budget campaigns because i didn't want to come back to a overwhelming amount of orders, i thought when i got back if i put delivery times back to normal and change my ads back to set campaign budgets, i'd get most of my sales back but since then i've literally been getting about 20% of the sales that i was and they still don't seem to be increasing, yet the strange thing is i still seem to be paying the same amount in ads, the same ads that were getting me good sales for months with a good ROAS now seem to be just spending money and not getting me anywhere near the amount sales, it makes no sense. Which part did i go wrong? Something seems abit suspicious in the system to me, i mean if im getting penalised and ive lost rank because i went away, then why are they still spending but not delivering like they was for months before this happened. Just can't get my head around this system.
