Amazon Locking Listings For Brand Restrictions
Hello,
We have had a couple of notifications from Amazon that they are locking a 2 (so far) of our listings because we aren’t allowed to sell Lush products. That’s fine but neither of the products in question are anything to do with Lush or Lush related products.
There’s a line on the notification that gives us 48 hours to remove all other Lush products from our inventory so I’m concerned they may take action should they keep falsely flagging items as Lush.
Does anyone have any experience with this?

Have you used the word “Lush” in any of your descriptions?
If not then open a case with Seller Support and ask the catalogue team why these products have been suspended.

OMG They sure know how to pee sellers off. A simple matter like this causes a seller such problems. Robot recognition wrong again

check your listing’s search keywords…if you’ve used the word “lush” in there, then that may well be why.

Just check and make sure you are 100% innocent of the alleged offence. Once you’ve done that open a case with seller support and point out the fact that they’ve wrongly classified your items. They will pass it on to the catalogue team and if you are found “innocent” your listings will be reinstated.
We had a similar issue, in our case we didn’t even have a warning; the listings were just removed. In the end it was a matter of Amazon wrongly classifying our listings. It was reinstated after about a week. Good luck
