A-Z was denied by Amazon, the buyer continues to ask the refund

I have the proof of delivery, the buyer claimed not received the parcel, and filed the A-Z claim.
The proof of delivery is the picture that someone opened the door and received the parcel.
Here’s Amazon decision for the claim.

In this case, the claim was filed out of policy or we detected customer activity that violated our policies.

The buyer continues to ask the refund for me. Even though, the claim was closed.

Should I believe in the buyer and give the buyer refund?
Thanks

No amazon have actually come down on your side. Take the win.

They have specifically stated either the customer tried to file the claim after a long period of time or they’ve done this before a few too many times.

If the customer is messaging and you have already stated your case, click No response needed

Absolutely NOT.
The buyer has already been found to have acted fraudulently./violated policy.

In the U.K, the sellers are responsible for the delivery. I am an Amazon seller from China, if such thing happens in China, we will directly ask the post driver, instead of asking the refund from the sellers. I may give the refund, because, In the U.K, asking the parcel is the seller’s responsibility, not the buyer’s responsibility.

It’s hard to make the decision. Amazon is a place where the sellers are “guilty”, when the seller has the evidence to prove innocent, the result is same. Amazon will not block the buyer’s account, sellers have no ways to beat scammers, but scammers have many ways to beat sellers.

Amazon hardly ever side with the seller on a to z claims. The seller must have done something for Amazon to give you the win take it and run.

If they leave you bad feedback fight it.

If you refund they can still leave you negative feedback and will be back for more free stuff.

I replied to the buyer.

Dear…
I understand your situation ( Amazon closed the claim)
Your parcels have the proof of delivery…
But, I believe that you are honest and kind.
If I have the return parcels in the U.K, I wil give it to you.
Don’t feel discouraged.
I apologize for any inconvenience this caused.

I don’t judge the customers. I will give her free parcels in another way.

And that’s why buyers continue to try it on and scam refunds out of sellers…

Do not refund, you are fine, you may report the buyer so that any transcations from her to you will not count towards your metrics, Amazon will probably remove any bad feedback in any case.

I have won every A to Z claim against me, as long as you can prove you have done everything as required and have proof of delivery Amazon will back you.

Your trading history speaks for itself. Good luck
