FBA inbound shipments
Have had no problem as yet with FBA inbound shipments apart from 1 that i sent on the 4th may and still not been checked in still saying …

I have sent 1 after and that is checked in and live…
How long do i wait until i complain or raise a problem? or is this normal
Plus how do i go about it cant see how to anywhere

That’s normal waiting times, it’s just awaiting it’s delivery day/time slot. We’ve had one which was three weeks before it was delivered and checked in, with another sent in a few days after which was booked in quicker. Just keep an eye on it and wait.
I’ve seen previously that if it’s new stock it takes longer but if it’s restocking then it’s quicker - I say how true it is.

Inventory> Manage FBA shipments> Select the shipment > Yellow box saying ‘How long will my units take to receive?’
After the date stated you will be eligible for an investigation if they’re not all booked in - if you wait too long (90 days since creation) to ask for an investigation to the missing units then it’ll close and it’s too late.

It is going to BHX4 or LBA4? I’ve just had one I sent to LBA4 on the same day as you checked in today. I find BHX4 are a little faster usually, although both are just punting stuff out to other centres of course.
