Seller Identity Verification - Company registration number

Can someone verify for the "Company registration number" do we provide the EIN, LLC Entity Number, or our City Permit Number?
Also for phone number, do we provide our emergency direct contact number or main business phone number?

Use your EIN# for busienss.
Use SS# for Individual.
Whichever number you use for your 2-step verification. It should be the same as your Primary mobile number. You can check your phone numbers under your Amazon.com Customer Account under 'Login and Security.'

I hope I didnt mess up with mine.. I file as an S corp as that is what my tax accountant has recommended. We are registered with the state as an LLC and I used my control number for the entity number they wanted as it wasn't clear when asking... Amazon has my EIN number as that is what they give me a 1099 on every year. I did mine last night and have not heard back. Sent DL, sent Bank Statements and all.. it matches the address and the name of my business outside the driver license being in my name of course.
