I am saddened to say that our shop has recently experienced a loss of buy box for all ASIN in the shop, and I hope you can help with a complaint to resolve it!
Let me begin by stating that we are fully entitled to use the shopping cart.
1. our account is in good health and our shop scores are high, 2. customer reviews and feedback on our products and shop are excellent and our shop and product scores are high, 3. we use FBA for shipping, 4. our products are reasonably priced and we have not had any significant price increases 5. we are professional seller
I think I have the qualification to get a shopping cart, but I have lost the Featured Offer (buy box) all of my products(ASIN), please help me to solve this problem, thanks.

Lost Buy Box (Featured Offer) MEGATHREAD
In this thread I ask our sellers to share the ASINs where they lost the Buy Box. I then share these ASINs with the Buy Box team who check for eligibility.
Please be aware, this team does not share the outcome with me. If you want to know if you are eligible or not, you have to open a case with Seller Support.
