I have had two A to Z cases found against me. It is the same buyer who makes multiple purchases and makes claims on them all.
They were sent using buy shipping so they should not impact my ODR. They are currently.
I have taken the following action
1) Appealed the cases and was told the original decision stands
2) Opened a case with Seller support (9772838022). The case was transferred a week ago and no action has been taken
3) I emailed the Managing Director. I have had no reply.
4) Called the Account Health team. After 22 minutes was told they did not have the tools to help and I should call Seller Support rather than email them
5) Called Seller Support (9791118682) after 21 minutes she told me they should not be affecting my ODR but she did not know how to remove them. She would speak to her supervisor to gets some help.
I have spent over 1 hour trying to get this resolved when it should be happening automatically.

They have now replied to me following the discussion with the manager. The replied in case 9791118682.
They said it should affect my ODR as only the following result in no impact.
> Claims that are denied to the buyer
> Claims that were withdrawn by the buyer
This is clearly incorrect as using Amazon buy shipping means the ODR is not affected.
