FBA label performance Issue - Amazon makes up a reason for bad labels 3 times a year
I'm getting so tired of this. The amazon support is so useless at this point. it's worse than a chat bot. They just lie over and over and never change their mind.
They try to say I have bad barcodes. (because some warehouse stooge cant use a scanner)
say no "barcode" on product.
Dispute.
They send picture clearly showing a barcode. make up some "white space" problem - that isn't in their document compliance. It affects 1% of shipments. I send them thousands of these products a year. Yet, somehow only 1% are a problem.
Chat with support. They can't use a brain, and keep repeating false information. I'm so tired of this garbage.

It's because they changed from Laser barcode scanners to camera style barcode scanners.
Toner labels don't work good anymore. Needs to be thermal.

Oh I fully understand. I have had them do it to me too. I have been able to scan my labels through their picture on my monitor. it's silly.

Well I measured. My label is compliant with the white space rules.
