Customer claims that they did not receive UPS package
UPS tracking says that the package was delivered but customer can't find it. I shipped UPS through Amazon. What do I need to do next?

Assuming you shipped on time and the package was scanned before the shipping window closed, you send them instructions for how to file an A-Z claim. Other sellers have posted their templates here in the forums.
