Negative Feedback Removal denied (fulfilment issue)
We received negative feedback that stated
"We received an empty box that was damaged and retaped by the US Postal Service."
We used Amazon buy-shipping, so this is very clearly elligible for a strike-through as this was a fulfilment issue related solely to delivery, and this was an Amazon label that is claims protected.
I of course requested removal and was instantly denied and the case was closed.

This is very clearly in the "should be strike through" category, are there any moderators that can help escalate this?
