I need a help with POA - confirming authenticity of certain items

Hi,
I really need help - no reply on the POA for a very long time - so I believe it is not accepted. The support button to get help with appeal doesn’t work. Can you advice me regarding the below?

Dear Amazon Support,
I aware that Amazon routinely request additional documentation from new sellers to verify the account information and confirm authenticity of certain items, as result I was deactivated. I understand, that I have made a big mistake by not providing more sufficient information in that time. Since that, I’ve learned a lot, especially about best practices on Amazon’s Anti-Counterfeit Policies and now I am confident that well able to remain compliant. I will ask you to kindly review my updated POA along with the proper invoices for each requested product(highlighted yellow) and greater detail on evidence with examples that demonstrate that my account complying with Amazon policy.
ROOT CAUSE
*Before listing the products for sale, I failed to understand the trademark rights and the need to comply with them. I failed to understand the Amazon’s Anti-Counterfeit Policies but now learned it along with the best practices to remain compliant. Amazon must approve the brand before listing the product and the intellectual property must be protected. I sincerely apologize and very regret about it.
*To begin, I will explain how I made such a mistake. I used to have a significant business and had intention to expand in AE. After research of the Amazon AE catalogue, I noticed that there are plenty of my best selling ASINS which had only 1 or non-offers on market. The products were easy to list, there was no approval request or authorization at that time. I had no doubt on authenticity of my products (it was sourced from trusted distributor who buying directly from manufacturer), but the problem is that my listings could infringe another party’s intellectual property rights.
*My listings B085VVYNJC, B01M8M181T, B00K1LYKUO were reviewed and investigated by Amazon in a good time, thanks to this I never received any intellectual property complaints, my performance KPI are perfect. Amazon take these highly appropriate actions to protect customers, sellers, and rights holders - it helps us and force the sellers to be more vigilant to perform better.
*I failed to learn in detail about the AE market specific regulation about the supply and sale of cosmetic products. There are sets of important requirements in relation to branding, authorization of cosmetic products, prohibitions and restrictions on certain substances, the requirement for a responsible person, the labelling, language requirements etc. Failing to learn before the listing brough me to big trouble - AE account closure and after all the EU accounts closured as considered as linked. I admit and hardly regret about such a wrong step in listing the items which actually I had no right to sell.

• My biggest mistake was failing to understand the Amazon’s Multiple Account Policies and best practices to remain compliant. If I would know that it will lead to the closure of my highly successful businesses in EU - I would act differently. I am very very sorry.

CORRECTIVE ACTIONS

1. After reviewing the original notification and learning more about the Anti-Counterfeit Policies I removed all the ASINs from original email. I also have read the additional information on Amazon webpages about the restricted product policy, I decided to remove all the rest of the listings. I will never relist it.
2. The products which brought me to the account deactivation are:

3. I admit my huge mistakes in listing the products. I requested the supportive documents from my supplier, please find proper invoices to support my appeal. The products are original, my supplier bought it directly from the manufacturer. Please see the documents attached and find the highlighted products, also contact information for my supplier, including name, phone number, address, and website. The invoices provided for all the brands requested in original notification. Unfortunately, I cannot obtain the LOA from this supplier as he doesn’t have a right to give me such a document. I will never relist it.

PREVENTIVE ACTIONS

• I will be very accurate with all necessary preventive steps before listing the new product. I will only list if the brand names will 100% comply with Brand Name Policy. I will enrol to the brand Registry, with Brands/or Generic Brands, will progress with Selling Application for seller Authorization Page and will list only the products which will be approved.
  *I will be sourcing my products directly from the manufacturer and will ask for a letter of authorization, will check the local law and the intellectual property details prior to deciding to list it. I will verify by checking the official registers and will make sure that it will not violate anyone’s intellectual property, trademark, or patent. If any doubt, I will take a legal advice.
• I will list my products accurately by checking a proper description on Amazon. I will not create a new ASIN, will use the pre-existing offers ASIN - it should 100% match with a product we going to offer. Also will check the Image and title, proper products details, to make sure it does not contain the prohibited ingredients.
• The package will be properly checked to comply with the labelling requirements. The information should contain the full ingredients list, and the other important data: exp date, address of manufacturer, responsible person and should be on the Arabic language. If some information missing - I will never list the product.
  *I will be constantly monitoring changes of the policies which could affect my account health and will react proactively. I will be regularly re-read the Amazon guidelines and policies specific to marketplace to make sure that I am not in violation of any of the rules. I would be vigilant in ensuring I will never commit the same violations again.
• I have taken all the appropriate steps and quality checks to ensure that the product is stored, packed, and shipped appropriately. I had online meeting with my FulfilmentCrowd shipping partner and raced the questions related to the custom, delivery time, proper DPD tracking which will be provided automatically through the integration tool. I promise - we will be a standing account and well able to deliver the right product on right time, our 7 years experience in customer service will exceed the customers expectations(I have 0 complaints and any single issues with performance KPI)

• I will be 100% confident in all my listings, will monitor all the notifications on daily basis, will react immediately by reviewing if any listings affected and related policies. The corrective immediate actions will be taken in the same day without any delays. If any questions arise about the territorial IP concerns, I will check the official registers, or will seek expert legal advice in order take appropriate actions on time.
  I fully accept the mistake committed and would like to assure you that in future these precautions will be kept in mind.
