LLC account registration on Amazon

I require clarification regarding the establishment of a new Amazon seller account. I currently possess an individual Amazon account and am in the process of forming a Limited Liability Company (LLC) in the UAE. Is the creation of a separate seller account permissible under these circumstances? Furthermore, is the sale of identical products through both accounts allowed?
