Can I see how many views I get on my products

Hi there,

I recently joined Handmade (UK) and am looking for some help in tracking down some data around my listings.

I searched the forum first and read that I should be able to see some data within Reports > Business reports… However for me this isn’t an option? I can’t see that so is the information I am reading out of date - did they remove this for Handmade customers?

I found this link on another post ( https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/site-metrics/report.html and when I click it I am told: Invalid Access. You do not have permissions to view this page…

It would be very useful to know as I plan to spend some time optimising my listings but without the data what is the point. I can’t tell if they will be getting better or worse!

Any help much appreciated!
Rob

I don’t really know about hand made sellers but I can see in my business reports (Reports -> Business Reports) tab image like this:

You just have to remember to get on detal page sales and traffic by child item so you can see views, sessions etc.

If you don’t have such report tab then someone who know hand made category better would be more helpful than me

Ahh… I just went back through my emails and I failed to upgrade to proffesional then contact handmade to have them waive the fee

" The next step is to register as an Amazon seller (if you aren’t one already). In order to access Handmade tools and support, you will register with a ‘Professional’ selling plan. Professional sellers are charged £25 a month, but don’t worry, this fee is waived for Handmade sellers."

I’ll do this then! Sorry all my bad!
