Damaged During Transit - Amazon Refund Policy
Anyone know what Amazon’s refund policy is to the seller for items that are FBA and end up being refunded with the reason ‘Damaged during transit’.
Customer is refunded from the sellers account, but as it’s FBA, does Amazon give a refund to the seller for the item that was damaged by their courier?
Also any type of report that shows this ?

Normally, Amazon will reimburse you if the units aren’t returned back to the FBA warehouse within 45 days past the refund date.
It’s your job to ensure that the products are packaged carefully enough to prevent any damage during transit.
May I ask what kind of product is it?

Reports > Fulfilment by Amazon > Payments > Reimbursements

If it shows ‘Customer Damaged’ or ‘Warehouse Damaged’ on the ‘returns’ report, you’ll get reimbursed eventually.
