FBA POLICY CHANGE SUGGESTION: Don't refund customers who return goods damaged/used
SUGGESTING A CHANGE IN THE FBA POLICY:
I propose that Amazon stops refunding customers who receive new items and return them damaged/used at the expense of the FBA-participating sellers, unless FBA sellers specifically opted in for unconditional free returns.
If the customer received a good and returned it damaged, a seller should not be responsible for the full cost related to this.
The buyer should.
