I do a drop ship model with amazon.ae, it so happened that 2 of the asins listed are marked as sexual wellness product. These are couple games which are naughty, and unfortunately I told own the brand and we are reselling.
The performance notification received was

I tried writing to amazon explaining that one this is not sexual welness product but maybe a very decent adult game but they are insistent to provide documentation and on provide images or trxt they are not convinced
I would like to have help now, is it possible to accept my fault and request for pardon? I have 300,000 asins and we have very robust filtration method but sometimes few asins do get missed, there has to be some help by amazon in this, we are trying to do business honestly but with funds stuck cannot pay suppliers
Pls can the amazon moderators help us, sellercentral team or health team is not providing help or solution, Adam from amazon please can you help, I am selling on amazon for 9 months now and trying my best to follow amazon policies
Please can someone help me who has come across same situation?
