product mistakenly identified as unapproved or misbranded

My product (face cream for minimizing dark spot visability) was removed because of following reason: This product has been identified as an unapproved or misbranded product. Amazon policy prohibits products marketed to U.S. consumers that are FDA regulated products, such as cosmetics, drugs, or dietary supplements, that do not meet FDA labeling requirements; or are otherwise unapproved for sale in the United States.

However my brand has been registered for more than 2 years, the packaging fully meets the requirmnets and I also recieved FDA permits to sell his product!

Seller Support does not even give me answer what exactly the reason of violation is, just answer with template text! Without even specifying is the product unapproved or misbranded! How could I understand what going on?? I was requested to uploade real images of the product I did it and still nothing! Just template answer! I'm desperate , can someone help me with it?
