new account still deactivated

Hi,

I signed up with an Amazon seller account 2 weeks ago. I provided every piece of information that was required, and my account was deactivated before I even started using it, yet I was immediately charged the $40!

They kept telling me I had to do the live video interview, but each time the link that was sent was not working, after I uploaded all documents.

Now I finally was able to do my interview, and immediately after, received a generic email (my store and name info were not even filled out and left with [store name], etc.. saying that my account is still suspended. My account health is green (200 rating).

How do I get out of this loop? What is the issue here? I was told that everything I provided was in order, and I know it is, but it seems there is no one to talk to. Any advice?

Hi @Seller_jWWVFnmIEmlhQ,

I am sorry to hear that you have been having a hard time getting your account up and running after signing up.

Based on what you shared, it sounds like you needed to verify your identity before we could activate your account. After completing the interview, it can take a few days before the team makes their decision.

Are you still facing issues? If yes, can you provide me with a case ID so that I can work with the appropriate team on a resolution?

The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.

Thank you,

Remy
