HELP! Return Prior Refund!

Hello, I have had 2 Returns with Prior Refunds Applied. One has come back Damaged from the Buyer and the other one has been damaged in transit and returned to the buyer. How can I get this resolved? There is no option on Amazon to assist with Damaged Returns or returns that never came back.

For the one that was returned damaged, look up 'Safe-T Claims'

For the one that never came back, you are supposed to speak to the courier (either Evri or Royal Mail) though why the courier wouldn't post it onto the receivers address I don't know!

Yes try the Safe-T Claims, I got our first claim for a damaged return yesterday. I only ever tried once before and was rejected so going good at 50% so far. 😁

Dont hold you breath for a T-Safe claim as we tried once for a returned damaged item and was declined.
