invoice issue
Hi there I am having a problem with the issue of the invoice I haven't been keen about business customers and now I have fallen into this invoice issue. The customer is demanding their invoice but I can't find the option of downloading one as it was not applied back on September last year any idea what should to as I have got the right help seller support?

easiest thing is to refer to the Amazon Business Invoicing Policy Page which explains everything and what you can do.
Though basically for an order last September you’ll need to create your own invoice.
