Inbound Shipment to FBA Centre - cancellation

Hi,

I have a question regarding the FBA shipment to cancel. I have prepared the product and created the shipment label to dispatch for the FBA centre using the Amazon approved courier UPS. But now when I went to drop off the parcel none of them receiving the drop of parcel in my area. Parcel is not that big its measurements are (30*35*40)cm. Now I am thinking to cancel the shipment and create a new workflow to use the different courier e.g ParcelForce, FedEx etc.

The question is, if I cancel the FBA shipment will it effect on my seller health, or I am good to cancel and regenerate a new shipment label?

You can arrange for UPS to pick the parcel up from your address. Go on the UPS website and you can arrange a collection.

What @Seller_BAgix2I4wgarasaid but also, remember that if you’ve already paid for ups when creating the shipment, you need to cancel it within 24 hours to get your money back. If not, you will lose it.

Cancelling the shipment has no effect on your account health.
